The initial Crescendo implementation effort produces an effective basic system that covers the primary current needs of each department within your business.  As the saying goes, however, "Rome wasn't built in a day".  A forward thinking organization works to continuously add to and improve its systems such that they gradually expand to fully mirror the actual physical flow of materials, effort and information throughout the organization.
