I am please to say that your audit results have qualified you as a supplier for Spectranetics. I apologize for the delay in getting the report to you, I had to create the report and then it is reviewed before it is finalized. The attached audit report lists 1 finding and 3 observations, all of which we discussed at the conclusion of the audit. If you have an questions please call or email. Your Crescendo management software is very impressive, addressing nearly every element of the ISO quality system. Your operation built around Crescendo is very impressive. Please keep us informed of your progress toward ISO 9001 certification. We are very interested in your release your quality manual and when you implement the internal audit module of the quality system.
